I am upset that I had to pay dealer and handling fees twice. Once when I leased the vehicle and again the other day when I purchased the vehicle at the end of the lease. Kia is the first brand of car out twice. Once when I leased the vehicle and again the other day when I purchased the vehicle at the end of the lease. Kia is the first brand of car out of four others that made me go to the dealership to purchase a lease at the end of it. I’m not sure if I will ever lease a Kia again because of being double charged the dealer and handling fees. I dealt with Shannon through my purchase. Shannon was nice and attentive. I have no issue with him and actually appreciated his help. Where I have my complaints is with the policies of Kia. More
