When I came in person, Alana was able to immediately help me. I never had to wait. Once we decided on a vehicle, we ordered it and Alana provided me with weekly updates as to the status. Once the vehicle arrived, I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour with all paperwork completed. They are very respectful of your time. I contacted several dealerships prior to deciding on Fred Anderson and no one else compared in customer service or communication. 10/10 would recommend. More
