Communication mix-up? I specifically asked for the tires to NOT be rotated. When I got my paper work it said they had been rotated. It also said that the battery test was r I specifically asked for the tires to NOT be rotated. When I got my paper work it said they had been rotated. It also said that the battery test was run and hard copy attached, which it was NOT. On the other hand, everyone is super friendly, (especially Shannon), and the waiting room was a nice one. I learned my lesson to always look at the fine print on the paper work before I leave! I really like this VW place and will continue to take my car here. More

Guidepoint install Shannon has always impressed me every visit. I’d been meaning to get my new Guidepoint GPS installed and kept putting it off. Found out the spot in Shannon has always impressed me every visit. I’d been meaning to get my new Guidepoint GPS installed and kept putting it off. Found out the spot in Concord moved to Hayward. Shannon suggested to have them do the install at the dealership which was perfect. Saved time and was very convenient. Will be seeing you for a regular maintenance schedule In the fall. 2005 Passat Wagon AC not cooling and badly needed for transporting our dog this summer. Brought the car into Dirito Bros. Walnut Creek (been doing so for almost 15 yea AC not cooling and badly needed for transporting our dog this summer. Brought the car into Dirito Bros. Walnut Creek (been doing so for almost 15 years) because the service is always great. Problem diagnosed, replacement electric fan installed, and now dog and owner are happy. :) More

Derik showed me how to program my favorite XM stations and set them for me and reviewed the various tech features and options. Great guys at the door to the floor.
