Easy Beginnings with a Horrible Ending The only reason I put 2 stars is because Shannon in service was a great person and help to me. My name is Lamont McNaulty,I’m not from Walnut Creek, The only reason I put 2 stars is because Shannon in service was a great person and help to me. My name is Lamont McNaulty,I’m not from Walnut Creek, I recently moved here from Menlo Park. Everything was great until I decided to take the free shuttle downtown. I should have just stayed in the lobby. The pick up from the vw service center came in less than 10 minutes and the drop off went well. This happened around 12pm. I received a call at 2:49pm from Shannon that my car was ready. I called for a pick up from the shuttle at 3:13pm, a gentleman answered the phone and let me know the shuttle will be on his way. So, I waited until 3:53, no one came so I called back just making sure everything was fine. The same gentleman pick up the phone, put me on hold and said he was calling a driver to pick me up. Once, I got off hold he told me that he was going to have a Uber come pick me up. He was going to send me the Uber information through text message. So, I’m like okay I fine with that. I never received a text from him. Luckily for me, My girlfriend works right up the street and she got off of work at 4:20. She was able to pick me up and bring me back to the vw service center to pick up my car. I would have been stranded if it wasn’t for her. It’s a horrible feeling to be dropped off and lied to and ditched. This is unacceptable. I don’t remember the gentlemen’s name but I told Shannon what had happened and she’s such a sweet person. I had every intention on finding out who lied and never sent anybody to come pick me up and question him. I didn’t do that because it wasn’t worth it. I’m writing this in hopes you fix the problems or lack of communication between driver and dispatch. More

With appointment in hand, you are met at the door with a friendly smile by the associate that retrieves the information from your vehicle who directs you to your chosen service advisor. If you have not chosen one, then you will be directed to the first available advisor. In my case, I have done business with Shannon Sousa, a friendly, efficient and organized advisor who knows my vehicle well. She details what will be done, what needs to be investigated if you have a vehicle status, recommends cost saving alternatives and discusses cost. Everything is transparent! Everything is explained in terms the average vehicle owner can understand. The vehicle is always ready as promised in my case. From my perspective, this is how a vehicle service center should be operated! More

Great experience Brought my Golf R in for 40k scheduled maintenance. Techs found that car was leaking coolant and thermostat needed to be replaced. Set me up with a re Brought my Golf R in for 40k scheduled maintenance. Techs found that car was leaking coolant and thermostat needed to be replaced. Set me up with a rental car (although I would've preferred a VW courtesy car lol) and work was completed the next day. Shannon was awesome Shannon did a great job. I have a Saab and was put into a bad situation with a when a recalled part that was installed at a Cadilac dealer caused mor Shannon did a great job. I have a Saab and was put into a bad situation with a when a recalled part that was installed at a Cadilac dealer caused more problems then they new what to do with. This car was out for about a month to try and get it solved but Shannon did a great job in working with Saab to get this completed. Thank you. More
