When my car would not start and the tow company came 4 hours later than scheduled I was stressed out. Shannon was just what I needed to reassure me that I would be taken care of and not in a salesman kind of way. She listened to my concerns and made me feel truly cared about. She followed through with giving me frequent updates and explained my options and answered all of my questions. I could not have been happier.
