They were Experienced, professional, courteous, and welcoming. From the manager ( Christian) to the salesperson ( Shantelle) they made us feel comfortable and confident. Everything was explained and de welcoming. From the manager ( Christian) to the salesperson ( Shantelle) they made us feel comfortable and confident. Everything was explained and demonstrated to us clearly. Upon entering the showroom all the staff were very friendly and great. The sales person delivered the car and helped set up everything. She then made sure we understood it all. However assuring me that she was available with any assistance if needed. A great experience. More

Everybody was very nice. I just take issue that they charge 3% on a credit card for service at the time of payment. It's illegal to essentially have a surcharge for the use o I just take issue that they charge 3% on a credit card for service at the time of payment. It's illegal to essentially have a surcharge for the use of a credit card in the state of New York. I'm not sure how they getting away with that? More
