In 2014 I purchased two vehicles from Jannell which I had regularly serviced till now.Their service staff is outstanding and quite helpful in diagnosing problems as they occur. went for the works package and a brake job. well I know they did not check the tire pressures or rotate. I have 1 tire 4 lbs. less than the others on the front driver. ya, all were different well I know they did not check the tire pressures or rotate. What because I added brakes to the works I pay for typing? Never in my life have I been charged this and I did not see that till I left. otherwise I guarantee you I would not have paid that. More

Using mobile service is a game changer. Not having to worry about getting the vehicle to the dealership, waiting for it to be completed and then getting it back changes everything they sho Not having to worry about getting the vehicle to the dealership, waiting for it to be completed and then getting it back changes everything they showed up at the house on time, changed the oil, topped off all fluids, rotate the tires and gave me a completed checklist pretty sweet as I continued on my day doing my normal activities uninterrupted. Highly recommend. More
