I haven’t been to a dealership in a long time so walking into Brandon Honda took my surprise. It was very welcoming. There was a bistro, a little cafe area, very well done and put together. This review would be 10 stars if it were solely for Sharief Hammad! Upon arrival we were honest about what we were looking for and that we had a first time buyer. Sharief was personable and focused. He never tried to pressure us into something that we weren't comfortable with. I recommend working with him for all your sales needs at Brandon Honda as he is one of the BEST salespeople that I have ever worked with. The finance manager, Chris Shotwell is 100% accountable for the lower rating. If I could give him a zero rating, I would. He is by far one of the most unprofessional people that I have ever spoken with. There was never a friendly greeting to my son, and his disappointment was obvious when I followed into his office. He never engaged with us, even when we mentioned the dog that he keeps in his office (who doesn't want to talk about their dog????). We would not budge on the agreed upon monthly payment (regardless of the amount) and his poor, annoyed attitude escalated. I advised that we were leaving as it was NYE, we had plans and had already waited over an hour for him, It was then that I was sternly advised that the order needed to be cleared and he raised his hand up toward me and continued to say, "He had worked for 2 hours on this deal since he (my son) is a first time buyer and that I needed to show him some RESPECT". I think he MUST'VE been confused, respect is earned - he neither gave or earned respect. Being a finance manger and working numbers is HIS job. When I go to work I am expected to do MY job. You, Mr. Shotwell need to respect what your customers' do for you.... and if you cannot then you need a different profession. Customers help pay your bills! Regardless of how small the commission may have been, all customers should be treated the same. You cannot demand respect in the service industry and were out of line speaking to a customer in that way. Furthermore, this is the second vehicle that my family has purchased from Brandon Honda and the second time being mistreated by him. The first time he was less rude but was pushy and spoke in a degrading way. I still recommend this dealership for their sales professionals, especially Sharief!! And the good experiences with their service department, if you finance with them PLEASE request a different finance manager other than Christopher Shotwell and be able to provide a 5 star rating. More

This young man definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to sales. He listened to my needs, was very attentive and had attention to detail. This is my eighth vehicle? that either me or a family member comes to sales. He listened to my needs, was very attentive and had attention to detail. During the swap out vehicle process, I forgot to remove one of the floor mats and left it in my trade in vehicle, I contacted Sharief. He not only retrieved the floor mat, but now has it is in his personal vehicle until I get back to the dealership to retrieve it! More
