For what it is worth I used several online resources to research pricing, and again, in the end, Sharon at Dick Brooks was the best. If I had to give someone else advice on how to buy a Honda I would tell them do all the internet research you want ahead of time, know exactly what you want and what you think is a good deal. When you are ready to buy, simply emal Sharon and tell her what you want and what you want to pay. She will give you a tumbs up or down. If she can't help you at your price point she will give you a few options that will make things work. That is how I prefer to buy/lease a car. I am sure there are others that like the back and forth multi-hour battle. More

The absolute worst car buying experience ever! Sharon Grillo and David Jensen are two of the most unprofessional and unreliable people that I have encountered in over twenty years of car buying! Everythi Grillo and David Jensen are two of the most unprofessional and unreliable people that I have encountered in over twenty years of car buying! Everything was fine until David made a huge mistake on the finance paperwork resulting in me having to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket after the deal was already complete and all documents signed. I have made several attempts to contact Sharon without success. She will not return my calls, and forwards my email to her to other employees in order to avoid dealing with the problem. I plan to file a formal complaint with the BBB and Honda over my experience with Sharon Grillo and Dick Brooks Honda. Do not put your trust in Sharon Grillo, David Jensen or this dealership! They are dishonest, negligent and ruthless! I had high hopes in the beginning that this dealership and Sharon Grillo were different than most car dealers, I found just the opposite! Very unfortunate experience! Please take your business elsewhere, this dealership doesn't deserve you as a customer!!! More

Sharon Grillo and Hal Jones from Dick Brooks Honda were the antithesis of all the sales people that I encountered in my car search. Once they located the vehicle we wanted, they took a refundable deposit over the phone and got the vehicle to their lot for us to go get the next day. We “made a Saturday” out of the ordeal and drove the 180 miles from our house to the dealership in Greer, SC. Once on site, the whole deal of concluding the purchase, including the test drive, took around 2 hours, but we were shocked by the no-bull, respectful and sincere atmosphere the dealership presented. We also received free lifetime powertrain warranty on the new Pilot and, although we came prepared with financing, the Dick Brooks Honda finance department was able to offer us a more amenable plan. I highly recommend Dick Brooks Honda to anyone who wants to make their car buying experience pleasant and much less stressful than the run-of-the mill “local” dealers. Even though they are a two and a half hour drive from us, I would buy from them again. Sharon and Hal, I hope you guys keep on doing business this way, to give us consumers some hope that there are some dealerships that are the exceptions to the rule. More
