The best price I could find in two states and top-notch customer service...a winning combination. Sharon & Dick Brooks Honda also appraised my trade-in fairly, no low-balling the trade as is common practice at other dealers. Bob, the finance guy was also a refreshing change from the usual, high-pressure, sell-the-extras F&I person. I actually enjoyed meeting and conversing with him. I had a very good experience buying my first Honda from Dick Brooks. Sharon and Elyssa, the folks in the business office, as well as the Miracle Man (Greg?) who actually located my car, were amazing--ver Dick Brooks. And I did not feel harassed at all! Once I had decided on a Civic Si, I visited area dealerships (I live in Clemson) and, on a whim, emailed Sharon, as well. Lucky for me, she called me back as I was sitting in a competing dealership, waiting (too long!) to be helped, checkbook in hand. I immediately left for Greer, even though Sharon offered to handle it for me over the phone. I was too ready to leave and visit a dealership that didn't treat you as though they were doing you a favor. In addition, I wanted to actually drive the car I wanted to buy ( the competing dealership did not have one....). After that, it was history and I bought my car that day. Since then, I encouraged my daughter, Nan, to buy her car, a Honda Fit, there, which she did with much satisfaction, and it was natural that when my youngest daughter needed a car, I came right back to Dick Brooks. I have encouraged anyone who wants a Honda to drive the extra mile to Dick Brooks. I know they will not be disappointed! More

Unfortunately we strayed after that for a few years, and recently ended up family, with our 2000 CRV. It was a great car, and we kept it for 8 years. We decided to approach Dick Brooks again, and made contact with Sharon Grillo and Elyssa Connolly.These two ladies made us feel comfortable right from the beginning with their honest, friendly manner. They made our car buying experience easy, and we are soon to take delivery of a 2012 Honda CRV LX AWD. All I can say is, it feels really good returning to the Dick Brooks family. They strive very hard to be excellent in every phase of car buying, service, etc. the only thing that I find that Honda dealers do not work very much on coming down on price. I guess they know when you have a product that you know will get a min. of 200,000 thousand miles if you keep it up and will last they do not have to deal much on price. The last car we purchased was a 2011 Accord from their Internet Department. We liked being able to do the majority of our shopping on line. Over all I would give Dick Brooks Honda a five (5) out of five (5). More

After visiting a Honda dealer I had purchased from before, I was referred to Dick Brooks Honda in Greer, SC. I first met Sharon and Elyssa on the internet site used by the dealer. They were responsive to my questions in a polite and non-pushy manner. I gave them by requirements and their answer provided me prices that were far better then the other dealer. I never went back to the other Honda dealer. Sharon is a very professional salesperson who dresses and talks like a top person in her field. Both she and Elyssa are competent and have great product knowledge. I had personal confidence in both ladies. I purchased a 2012 Honda CR-V EXL, trading in a 2011 Hyundai Genesis. The numbers provided by Sharon were fair and acceptable. She met all my expectations. I could not have asked for a better buying experience.
