Went for our first-year service for our 2023 V60 Volvo. The only positive item during this visit was that I was professionally welcome during the initial check in. I felt like I was being treated like a "sack of potatoes." Othes customers that were waiting and bringing their cars for service, received all of the attention from Ferman's service personnel. Very unprofessional; I didn't even receive any type of paperwork for the service. I'm still not sure what they did, if anything. I do know that they wash the vehicle. Not sure if they changed the oil or not. I have asked them to check the shocks due to the very rough ride from this Volvo. No idea if they even checked them. I'm glad others are pleased with Ferman's service. I'm not and I would not recommend them to anyone. More
