They recently came to my rescue when I needed a new battery and needed to be with my husband at an inpatient hospice facility. I was told the service would take 45 min to an hour, by the person who scheduled me and by the one who was there when I arrived. I asked about loaner car it transportation and was told it was mot needed be the person who scheduled me and by the one who was there when I arrived. I asked about loaner car it transportation and was told it was mot needed because of the short time it was going to take. It took 2 hours and so was not given any updates during this time. Several hours after my car was done and I was home I received a phone call telling me my car was done…..I wish there was another Volvo dealership close to me because I am not thrilled by Ferman. I can also tell you about another time when I asked the service personell about a notification I receive intermittently when driving, my dash board will ding and a message comes up “cancelled driver override”. The service personell was kind of dismissive stating they have never heard of that. No attempt was made to investigate, very disappointing. More
