Best Service Department in the Business I have owned Volvo's since 1998 and been involved with may service departments as we were a military family and moved around a lot. Matt Ketchum and Sharon O'Connor are by far the best service staff I have ever encountered. They are super helpful, professional, available, friendly and always upfront about repairs and the costs. They keep the costs down and do everything in their power to make the experience joyfully. I look forward to seeing Sharon and Matt when my car needs a service, new tires, or wheel alignment etc. They do ALL of the maintenance on my car because I trust them and like them very much.
