Billers cheat here !! We bought the car from this dealership and whenever we being our car in for service ... everytime there are few things told to us : You need wheel a We bought the car from this dealership and whenever we being our car in for service ... everytime there are few things told to us : You need wheel alignment and $129 charge U need oil change - $40 plus labour and tax. We informed biller manufacturer doesn’t need wheel allignment every service. Also, we gave the online coupon for $15 incl oil and filter change. Sales rep and biller : Both scared us by saying it may void our warranties and when we spoke to honda headquarters for service they said dealership misunderstood. Then dealership gave us a bill of $55 something for oil and filter change for which we showed them the coupon then they first said its not valid when we showed the validity dates they said bill is correct after applying coupon this is final price which they had no breakdown from they got that figure. We asked to speak to a manager when biller couldnt answer for 4 straight times on the breakdown. Finally a manager came and said may be biller didnt know how to adjust pricing for the coupon. Just look at this scam for a second if someone is not aware and sharp he might have paid on the counter. We literally had a 20 mins argument for them to adjust pricing. 1 customer - $40 plus scam. Dealership total volume a month - 24 days x 100 cars per day x $40 minimum scam. Roughly - $96000 scam right for just oil n filter change. Customers this is for you to be aware.... we spend 1000 of dollars of our hard earned money on their cars and service and they will charge every single penny you owe them then why should they be left for $45 every service !!!! More

Stunned When I took the car to you the first time, you said it was the battery.. shop i bought a new one for 160...or so dallors.. and the same thing happene When I took the car to you the first time, you said it was the battery.. shop i bought a new one for 160...or so dallors.. and the same thing happened... so now I wasted $160 on something that you said it causing the problem when it wasn't the problem, it was something else, maybe the alternator, or the belt,I don't know I'm not a mechanic ,I don't have cash like that to be taking guess... that's why you guess are the mechanics... now you either didn't check the problem the first time or did a rush job just to get the car out and said it was the battery and made me waste my money ....now I have the same problem again.. that you guys said you fixed More

Long waiting and poor customer service I made an appointment for a recall service at Hudson Honda, because of its close proximity to my home. When I checked in, I asked the receptionist how I made an appointment for a recall service at Hudson Honda, because of its close proximity to my home. When I checked in, I asked the receptionist how long it would take and answered 1 to 1.5 hours. After 90 minutes, I asked the receptionist again and she said once it's done I would be called. After another 30 minutes, I asked again and got the same answer. But I found the key of my car was still on her desk. My car was never handed to the mechanic over 2 hours. I asked the receptionist what happened. She said no idea and it was not her fault. I talked to the manager about the situation and it took 10 minutes for them to finish the recall service. DO NOT GO TO HUDSON HONDA FOR A SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME OR TO EXPERIENCE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

Quick and Efficient I’ve been to many service centers, BMW, Benz....and they all have the same issue, long wait times even with an appointment. This was my first time at I’ve been to many service centers, BMW, Benz....and they all have the same issue, long wait times even with an appointment. This was my first time at this particular service center. I booked my appointment, showed up and everything went smooth. Courteous employees, service with a smile. And most importantly knowledge of their field and respectful of my time. More

A horrible and awful experience!!! It was an absolutely horrible experience. After having made an appointment I had to wait More than 3 hours for a simple oil change. What good is an appointment at 2 when the service is done at 5. To make matters worse they lie to you multiple times misleading you and telling you that your car is being attended only t wait for another guy to tell you an hour later that your car is next. Disgraceful!!! More
