Being a Finance Manager gives me the opportunity to work directly with our customers, which is the best part of the job. I love meeting new people from all walks of life. I have a great sense of humor and enjoy providing my customers with a fun experience. I joined the Rallye BMW dealership in 2012, coming from Hassel BMW, where I had been working since 2002. My longevity with BMW spans 15 years. This is the best brand in the automotive industry. My customers are like family. I have watched many of them grow up over the years, as they came in with their parents, and now they are purchasing cars from me as an adult. Clients enjoy working with me because I am a good listener and not pushy. I’m a big fan of the New England Patriots. Go Pats! Some of my awards and accomplishments in the auto industry include BMW Honors and BMW Charters at platinum, gold, silver, and bronze levels.

Great deal, great customer service. Everybody so nice. Everyone at the dealership treats you like family. At this place, the customer is always right. I got the exact car I was hoping they would build. I just took delivery of a brand new M340I X-Drive, after a Coronavirus delay. A couple of years ago, I saw the new M550, and I started wishing that th I just took delivery of a brand new M340I X-Drive, after a Coronavirus delay. A couple of years ago, I saw the new M550, and I started wishing that the same thing would be offered in the 3 series when I was ready for my next BMW. That's exactly what happened. I could not be more pleased with the car, after a well executed "touchless" delivery by Sharonda James. My salesperson, Darren Thomsen was in the loop all the way as usual. I will continue with Darren for as long as I can keep buying new BMWs. Considering what's going on in these pandemic times, Rallye came through as soon as it was possible to do so. Obviously, I'm a lifelong Rallye customer. I've been using Rallye for more than thirty years, and I cannot recall a time when they've let me down. More
