Sticking with Nissan I don’t like going to dealerships, but my experience with Nissan turned out to be better than I thought. Especially, when I met a manager named Jama I don’t like going to dealerships, but my experience with Nissan turned out to be better than I thought. Especially, when I met a manager named Jamal. He was extremely patient with me, even when I was driving him crazy of getting into a new lease. He was honest, polite, and was determined to see me happy with my selection of vehicle. Victoria really helped me as well. Fernando came in and sealed the deal. But all in all, it was a team effort. I felt like I made new friends when I started, but when I left, I felt like they were family. Very loyal. More

Bait and switch / Unauthorized credit pull Spent 30-45 minutes at the Staten Island Nissan looking at leased vehicles. They me asked to fill out some paperwork which raised an eyebrow and led m Spent 30-45 minutes at the Staten Island Nissan looking at leased vehicles. They me asked to fill out some paperwork which raised an eyebrow and led me to ask if it was for a credit pull. I specifically said I didn't want my credit run, and the salesman - Sharone - looked me in the face and said it wasn't for a credit pull, not to worry and that they wouldn't pull the credit. We spoke numbers briefly and I left after their floor manager came over to discuss their "best" offer. The next day I received 3 credit alerts that SI Nissan ran my credit after specifically being asked not to, and being told that they wouldn't run it. Called the dealership back to question it and they said it wasn't a big deal and that they had my authorization. I rehashed the whole story about my questions on the paperwork, my requests and their promises not to run it. Apparently their word doesn't mean anything so they are not to be trusted and basically laughed me off. Word of advice for them is to remember to mute their phones when they're discussing their customers as I heard them going back and forth amongst themselves trying to come up with an excuse for why they ran my credit while I was waiting on the phone. Word of advice for consumers, stay far away and shop in NJ where the salesmen I eventually bought a car from actually were courteous and easy to work with. More

Not willing to work with you i would not recommend dealing with this dealer though very nice unwilling to workout a good deal . I ended up taking my business else where who gave me a better deal I recommend doing that since the dealer flat out said they could not match the offers I told them I was getting . I was told one story and given another and that to me is bad for business would recommend shopping around before signing up for a bad deal . More

Excellent experience at Nissan of Staten Island I received a phone call from Sharone Purer in regards to ending my lease early and getting a new Nissan. I agreed to make an appointment, although I I received a phone call from Sharone Purer in regards to ending my lease early and getting a new Nissan. I agreed to make an appointment, although I was dreading it due to past experiences getting cars. However, as soon as I walked into the new Nissan of Staten Island, all of my angst disappeared. I was warmly greeted by a few employees and then by Sharone. As we went through the process, Sharone made it extremely comfortable and easy. It could not have gone any easier. I highly recommend NIssan of Staten Island and Sharone Purer. More

Great car for a great deal! Nissan knows how to take care of their customers! My parents and I went to buy a car for myself since I would need it for college and work. We really Nissan knows how to take care of their customers! My parents and I went to buy a car for myself since I would need it for college and work. We really liked the Nissan Rogue and they really worked with our budget to try to make it affordable to our price range. We got a fully loaded SUV for a great price! The sales manager and our sales consultant were both wonderful. They even gave us the VIP customer privileges which include road side assist for a year, free car washes, and much more. It was night time and my parents and I were still there way past there closing time and everyone still stayed to help us leave that night with our car. Great service, great price/deal, and great staff. We're very happy with our car! 10 stars! More
