I just had a fantastic experience with Shaun Bozorg who attended to my every need on very short order. From he time I fist spoke w him I had a brand new RX 350 delivered to my driveway and my current RX 350 taken away all within 2 or 3 days. The man moves fast and he delivered everything as promised which is unusual in this business. Plus he is tons of fun. Also of special service to me this time and many times prior over the years is Mike Retz who coordinates all car pick up and deliveries. Without him I would not be at Lexus of Melbourne. These 2 gentlemen give me everything I could want. More

The minute we sat in it and drove it we knew it was the one. Usually I hate going shopping for cars just because I hate to deal with car salesman but I have to say that Shaun Bozorg made the whole car buying experience a piece of cake. We already had financing before we got there but we decided to see if they could get us a better interest rate and they did. Nicole DeVos handled the final transaction and she was very thorough, efficient and got us out of there in no time. Overall like I said this was the fastest, simplest car buying experience ever.
