Efficient, easy, and over all great experience I had a very tight time frame to trade in my old Kia for a new leased car. Anthony was very friendly and actually cared about helping me. He was very I had a very tight time frame to trade in my old Kia for a new leased car. Anthony was very friendly and actually cared about helping me. He was very detailed about very aspect of the vehicles I was interested in and made sure all questions were answered. Between Anthony and Shaun, our lease could not have been better! We did all of our searching on one day and had the car the next! They worked so hard to make sure it was what I wanted, the price was what I could afford and overall what would make me happy. As a manager, Shaun went above and beyond to make us his priority and it showed. Thank you so much to both Anthony AND Shaun for helping me reach this goal of getting a new car that I love!! More

Surprise increase in monthly payment. Unfortunately there were multiple delays in my transaction. And then of course the price I agreed to was added onto for the wear and tear warranty. I am not sure why that price is not worked in when you’re signing and shaking hands with everyone. Drove over an hour drive to the dealership 3 days in a row and then a surprise increase in monthly payment. Not the best experience. However Kenny Lau was amazing! Very thorough with explanations. More
