Disorganized Destination Kia has some of the absolute friendliest people that you’ll meet in a car dealership. Unfortunately,the various service departments are in Destination Kia has some of the absolute friendliest people that you’ll meet in a car dealership. Unfortunately,the various service departments are incredibly disjointed. I had a bad experience in the past which made me swear off of them. My wife and I had purchased 4 Suzuki’s prior to them becoming a Kia dealer. I really liked the Kia product and warranty so my wife and I purchased 2 vehicles. My wife got hers a year prior but had to talk me in to giving Destination another try. Unfortunately, it became another big hassle. Maybe I just have terrible luck. I’m not a demanding or high maintenance customer but for some reason, the dealership just doesn’t work for me. More
