When I told him I wou learn about, test drive and purchase my new CRV Touring. I was initially emailing with Pat, who was very helpful and not pushy. When I told him I wouldn't be ready to take a test drive for a couple weeks, he waited to contact me again. He had sent me an email with the exact cars on the lot along with pricing. I worked with Shaun at the dealership, because Pat was already with another customer. Shaun was very nice, friendly, had a sense of humor and was knowledgeable. He told me about the different new technology features and even set them up for me before I left with my new car. I was very happy with the experience. More
