Most important to me, they were really easy to deal with in negotiations - transparent and no high pressure or extended haggling to get to a deal I was really happy with on both my purchase and trade in. They did extra work to get a vehicle I wanted and got it all wrapped up easily. After delivery, the sales team has been really helpful in following up to answer questions on features and tricks. Overall - the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

From the moment we walked into the door, Matt, who isn’t even responsible for sales, went out of his way to help us find the perfect Volvo. He also introduced us to Stephen, who showed us all the functions and spoke to us in a manner that’s not aggressive (like most car dealers), but more from a friend’s perspective. The folks then stayed late to help us close the deal (shout out to Shaun for being so efficient and entertaining as well) and stood with me to make sure i get home safe. We will definitely be buying another car from them soon! More

Everything from sales to service are excellent and the best of any dealership across any brand we've purchased from. The sales team is supportive, responsive, and does not put unnecessary pressure on you. When the vehicle specs we wanted could not be found in inventory, effort was made to make adjustments in their orders to get ours in the queue as efficiently as possible. As repeat customers, we were also very happy with the price point the team was able to get for us. We do not typically purchase additional plans and warranties, but the Smythe service department has been so great over the last 2 years that we went ahead and purchased the maintenance plan without hesitation. From Start to Finish A+++ I recently leased a new Volvo XC60 from Bob at Smythe Volvo. Bob spent time with me on the phone as we tried to cherry pick the perfect XC60. After that my wife and I drove for an hour (it was worth it) to meet with him at the dealership. The car was ready to be test driven and Bob worked hard getting my payment to where it needed to be. Shaun took us from there and went over all the lease numbers. Energetic, helpful, and transparent, Shaun answered all my questions in perfect detail. When we were all done Bob wouldn't even let us leave without going over the car's functions, which showed that he really cared. I have not had this great of an experience at a dealership in a very long time. Thanks to all at Smythe Volvo! More
