I worked with Deborah Amster who was at all times very professional and responsive. I highly recommend dealing with her. Deborah came across as very knowledgeable about the cars and a straight-shooter. She was not pushy or trying too hard to sell, unlike an experience I had at a different dealership. Despite Deborah's responsiveness and no-nonsense demeanor, I did find the haggling part of the car-buying experience quite frustrating, which is ironic consider the Smythe Volvo cars I looked at were all priced fairly and accurately at the low end of the market (based on Edmunds and Kelley Blue Book). I am giving the dealership 5 stars because of the fair prices and the professionalism of its employees, but I would have enjoyed the experience more had the cars been advertised as "no haggle." More

During my search, I called several dealerships but when I reached out to Smythe and spoke to Eric, I immediately knew that my search was over. Eric gave me a great deal and the process couldn't have gone any smoother. When I came in to pick up the car he answered all of my questions and I was quite impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. Andreas from the dealers detailing department ensured the vehicle was gleaming like it was just coming off the showroom floor because the vehicle already had a few thousand miles on it when I purchased it. Overall my entire experience was nothing short of excellent and before I left, I told Eric that I cant wait to purchase my next volvo!
