My salesman, Joe Dunn, and the sales manager, Shaun, were terrific. They were honest and straightforward when negotiating a deal for this car. Suddenly, the interest rate from my Suncoast Bank Draft went up 1%, and my payment was up $100 due to add-ons. This was my first adult car purchase, and I was lucky to have my mother's help, an accountant, teaching and explaining things to me along the way. I did not appreciate the tone in which the finance guy spoke to my mother, calling her stupid when we declined the extended warranty and GAP, opting to purchase at the Credit Union, among other things. We opted to leave -let's face it... this was not a rare car. However, the sales manager caught us and corrected my interest rate, which we appreciated. The finance guy was a jerk while signing the rest of the paperwork, ruining my experience. We would have walked out if it weren't for Joe and the sales manager. More
