Once I had the vehicle picked out, that's where the issues started. I must say it was very stressful. After spending half the moring and half the afternoon we finally closed the deal. After discussing this with several managers, It was really frustrating. After all of that they finally made it right and we bought our new Lexus LS 500. I want to stress that the only reason I came back after I had left the dealership was because of Austin Guzman.
