Lexus of Sarasota was very good but we had an experience that they said they had never seen before. We put a deposit on a NX 250, we have a vin # and put down $1,000. When the vehicle finally arrived it was that they said they had never seen before. We put a deposit on a NX 250, we have a vin # and put down $1,000. When the vehicle finally arrived it was not for sale, but for the loaner department, even though the vehicle shows we had bought it Lexus would not honor it, we were very disappointed in Lexus Corporate. It didn’t make sense to us that a company would not sell us a vehicle we had ordered, thought they were in the car sales business! I highly recommend Lexus of Sarasota but I will let anyone who ask us about our car buying experience how disappointed we were in Lexus corporate. More
