From the first time I stepped in, there was no pressure at all. Shaun was extremely transparent and honest. Prices were great and the customer service and sales were on point. I was told my fleet vehicle would be ready for pickup on a Sunday by Shae, then he went on vacation and when I drove an hour to the dealership to get the vehicle, I was told they did not know I was coming a a Sunday by Shae, then he went on vacation and when I drove an hour to the dealership to get the vehicle, I was told they did not know I was coming and the car was not ready. The first sales rep was very dismissive and made it seem like it was my problem, not his. 1 star for him, but i didn’t catch his name. The sales manager overheard the discussion and helped arrange delivery of the vehicle for another day, which is why I ended up giving 3 stars. Shae was very professional and extremely apologetic when I let him know of my frustration. More
