incompetent service mechanics Having multiple issues with 2015 Chevrolet since purchase last May. Still within factory warranty. dropped off the car last week the mechanic started Having multiple issues with 2015 Chevrolet since purchase last May. Still within factory warranty. dropped off the car last week the mechanic started it and black smoke poured from under the hood. Got a text from the service mechanic that they were replacing the starter? Just got another text that my extended warranty has a $100. DEDUCTIBLE. Corporate customer service is doing nothing to fix this incompetent service issue and now they want to charge me for a car that most likely has more damage from the engine fire and is still under the manufactures warranty. Oh and by the way I was told by the service man that a corvette was not made to be driven daily and that is most likely the root of its multiple issues More

Wonderful all around! :-) Our new 2017 Chevy Spark had a airbag cover problem and they took care of us. They even provided us with a rental car for the trouble, since the repair was going to take longer, so that we would not miss work that day. If I can give them more than five stars, I would. :-) More
