GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Earlier this year I took my car in for a repair and I waited two days before I received a diagnostic report. They told me what it would take to repair along with other recommendation for a repair and I waited two days before I received a diagnostic report. They told me what it would take to repair along with other recommendations which were very expensive. I paid for the repairs and the car had the same problem. The workers in service were not friendly and didn't appear to be concern that my car was not fixed. They said I needed to pay again to do another diagnostic on it before they could try to resolve the problem. I took the car to another dealer who resolved my problem and charge less. The customer service at the other dealership was wonderful. I will NEVER recommend or come back to this company, More

Don’t waste your time going on line to schedule service appt. “it’s first come first serve”. Why have an online scheduler if your appt means nothing. I had a7:30am oil change appt it’s now 9:10am and I’m appt. “it’s first come first serve”. Why have an online scheduler if your appt means nothing. Horrible followup and Customer service! Called about the service and treatment my Daughter got while getting her call serviced and it took 4 days to get a call back after i was told they wou Called about the service and treatment my Daughter got while getting her call serviced and it took 4 days to get a call back after i was told they would call back in a "few moments". I had to initiate a 2nd call in order for that call to come 4 days later. Not only lost my Daughter as a future customer, you will never see me on your lot! More

Service is trouble had a leak on cab of my truck around light on the back. Noticed after I brought the truck and it rained. Service fixed the leak and now it’s leaking again. Will not fix now said my warra light on the back. Noticed after I brought the truck and it rained. Service fixed the leak and now it’s leaking again. Worst experience with sales person, sales managers, inaccurate reporting when turning in leases, sales mgr yelling at you on the phone, harrassing behavior, giving consumers vehicles with admittance of inaccurate reporting when turning in leases, sales mgr yelling at you on the phone, harrassing behavior, giving consumers vehicles with admittance of problems...two vehicles low tires, having to detail them myself, not having all mats in car...rickie the sales person takes over 5 hours for 2 cars to finish the deal. A lot more than this with my experience. Stay away from this dealership. More
