I had tires delivered to the parts dept and I've called twice to confirm, left 2 messages still waiting on a call back. Never had an issue before but the last month or so has been bad. They did not tell me there would be a 3 week wait before they would even touch my car. Then they made me wait an additional 2 days so that they could wash my car and then gave it back to me in a condition d they would even touch my car. Then they made me wait an additional 2 days so that they could wash my car and then gave it back to me in a condition dirtier than I gave it to them. When I told my advisor that I was upset that I paid 2500 dollars to receive my car back dirty she told me I could wash it and that the dealer would reimburse me. I went to the dealer for reimbursement and I was told that my advisor did not have the authority to tell me this. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as it has been over a week and a half with no follow up from the dealership. More
