Customer service was decent. Shawn was prompt to respond when I had questions, however he seemed more engaged via text than in person. Judy was also delightful, but again more business focused. I thought I when I had questions, however he seemed more engaged via text than in person. Judy was also delightful, but again more business focused. I thought I was sitting down to talk about finance options, but instead was pushed immediately into paperwork. All around a good good experience. More
