I have bought from Don Ayres before, and I have always been happy with the cars and the service. My newest purchase is no exception. They have a great selection of cars and the prices are the best in nort been happy with the cars and the service. My newest purchase is no exception. They have a great selection of cars and the prices are the best in northern Indiana. The salesperson was friendly, but not pressuring, and made the experience worth my 40 mile drive. More

We had a great experience in working with Shawn. We would consider buying a car from him in the future. Shawn Baney was friendly, curteous and very helpful. The only reason there were some 'good ratings' ver consider buying a car from him in the future. Shawn Baney was friendly, curteous and very helpful. The only reason there were some 'good ratings' versus 'great' is because the numbers manager did not seem to take us seriously at first and did not realize that I was not interested in haggling, I wanted to buy a car that day and was going to do it with whomever had the best price. Insight EX - On the negative side was when I talked with Rick Squires I stated that I wanted the Clear Sky Blue Metallic in stock. When my wife and I arrived at 7:00p to complete the deal the car was not av Rick Squires I stated that I wanted the Clear Sky Blue Metallic in stock. When my wife and I arrived at 7:00p to complete the deal the car was not available. The other choices from stock was White or Silver. Rick Squires was able to locate a Crimson Pearl Insight EX. The online views and all car information shows it to be bright red but to our disappointment it is closer to Burgundy. It even looks dark on a sunny day. My wife and I are both disappointed but still enjoy the Insight. The sales person Shawn Baney drove the Crimson Insight inside to see it in bright light. (It was a cloudy day when we picked up the car). We have been Honda owners since 1982 and we love our three Hondas and plan on being Honda owners for life. Gene & Rosie Hanefeld More
