Great Experience I came to Phillips Chevrolet Lansing with my parents to buy a car we had seen on their web site. I went to Phillips Chevrolet on November 23, 2019 looking for a used car and was met by Michael St experience that I thought this would help someone. I went to Phillips Chevrolet on November 23, 2019 looking for a used car and was met by Michael Stramaglia who was very courteous and his humor made me feel welcome. I decided to look around before making a purchase and went to Homewood Chevrolet and had the worst experience. The sales representative was rude and very condescending and talked to me like I was an idiot. I would NOT recommend Homewood Chevrolet at all. I came back to Phillips Chevrolet and was met by Shawn Breish and he was courteous and gave great customer service. I purchased the car and I am very happy. I will definitely come back for my next vehicle. Way to go Phillips Chevrolet. More
