I spoke to Shawn from the get-go and h This weekend I was able to buy a 2016 Hyundai Tucson with the help of Shawn Brown and I had a great experience! I spoke to Shawn from the get-go and he was very quick to respond, friendly, helpful and honest throughout the whole process. I am one of many who cannot stand the car salesman attitudes ("that's my wife's name", four corner sheet, "what do I need to do to get you to buy the car today", million phone calls, etc.) and I am happy to say Shawn was not your typical car salesman. He was very pro-Hyundai, but I bought the car because I was ready, not because I felt pressured. The best part of my car buying experience was that I did not spend the day at the dealership. Shawn walked me through the whole process over the phone (no haggling xx). In fact, he answered my 20+ phone calls (yes, I was annoying) and answered every single question I had thoroughly and made sure I understood what all of the terms/money calculations meant. In term of my trade in, Shawn recommended I went to Car Max for an appraisal, which I appreciated because I got a better offer than what I was originally offered. When I was ready to buy the car I walked in the dealership and was quickly shown my car (getting waxed which was a bonus), got to take my car on a test drive and went in to financing. It was all a very quick process! Overall I was very pleased with my experience. Thank you Shawn Brown and the Tustin Hyundai Team! I am SO VERY happy with my car buying experience and I LOVE my new Tucson!! More

Even though I have purchased many cars through the years from BMW, Mercedes, Ford, Chevrolet, and other dealers, I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I've had by far.
