Alex has helped my family and friends into a number of brand new Subaru’s and he is a big reason we keep coming back. GM Shawn is amazing to work with as well and has always made sure we are 150% happy with our purchase and that we are well taken care of before, during, and after purchasing a vehicle from his lot. I believe that the dealership has received MVA license plate for my car and neglected to inform me about it. Please check if Subaru has my license plate. Please issue another temporary license plate if Subaru did not receive the permanent plate. Pre-sale and after sale service of Legacy to me was exceptionally frustrating, exceptionally bad. The actual process of the car presentation and sale at the dealership by Emily Bintz was very good, very friendly and informative, except all the promises of the service after the sale were the lies. Emily Bintz had called me as she learned that I was looking for Legacy. I explained to her what kind of the car I want and she ordered it for me after we agreed the price. I called Emily couple times after that, trying to clarify some questions, but she did not response. Gregory Jacobson called me after one of such calls and invited to the dealership to test Legacy, which we (my wife and I) did. Emily was not at the dealership at that time and Mr. G. Jacobsen redirected us to Jemeny Pratt. We did the drive test of the car. I liked it and asked for the invoice, and I was presented with the price that was $11 higher we agreed with Emily. It happened that Jemeny presented us the wrong model of Legacy. I tried to contact Emily again but then asked Jemeny to be our salesperson as he responded to my e-mails and answered my questions. But the dealership assigned us to Emily and Emily did the actual sale, when the car arrived. I got several after-the sale calls from the dealership (we at your service, free gas), that was nice. The call from Briana, Subaru technical specialist (443-352-6070), offering her services was among them. I started to contact the dealership when the time of the temporary license plate was close to the end. I e-mailed to Emily; I called Briana – they did not response. I e-mailed Gregory Jacobson my request to locate the license plate for my car or issue the extension of the temporary license plate. I think that Gregory Jacobson did not read my e-mail and my e-mail was automatically redirected to James Peterson who did not read my e-mail also. I got the call from James Pederson with the offer to purchase my Camry 2017 in 5 min after my e-mail to Gregory. The problem is that I do not own that car anymore. Please help me to receive the permanent or temporary license plate to be able to drive the car legally. Alex Polyakov More

Sale of vehicle was just ok, I did not feel like Jermaine went above and beyond and most the work was done by the Dealers support staff. He also was very cold and rushed us when we brought our trade in, like went above and beyond and most the work was done by the Dealers support staff. He also was very cold and rushed us when we brought our trade in, like sale over and so done with you type deal. Not cool for an over 40K sale. Also had to really work to get what was owed to us and in the end the dent was not even repairable, bought the vehicle under the impression it was. Also the tags…ridiculous, the biggest joke I ever saw. Had to jump through hoops and hurdles and nonsense just to get our tags. Getting anyone to call you back is like squeezing blood from a turnip. I think Mr. Yoon and Shawn the General Manager do try as well as the Business Manager, but it still was not enough, ALL the other hassle to warrant a 5 star rating. There are still several things stripped off our 4 Runner that we did not get, including a tray, Toyota first aid kit, Toyota cargo net and a phone charger cable. All things that for charging us more than sticker price SHOULD have been included, regardless that it’s used. More
