Love our sales guy Shawn Haas bought many vehicles from him. Service dept usually real good but Not this time. Took our 2014 Jag in for inspection. Told we need brakes, hey no problem go ahead and do it. P him. Service dept usually real good but Not this time. Took our 2014 Jag in for inspection. Told we need brakes, hey no problem go ahead and do it. Picked up car as service was closing, paid the bill, went to my car to leave and the warning light, specifically check brakes worn pads light was on. I saw service mgr leaving and rolled my window down and asked him to clear the message, he said dude that did service had left and he wasn’t sure how to clear it. So he sent me a link to do it myself, and said if it didn’t work I’d have to take it to a Jag dealer. No where near me. So it hasn’t worked. I bought the car and was told that Ferrando could service it no problem. There’s a problem. Still have warning message every time I get in car. No follow up from dealer service, just told to fix it myself. More
