My last visit a week ago took way too long for an oil change with having an appointment booked. I was there just shy of 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment. This is unacceptable and they need t change with having an appointment booked. I was there just shy of 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment. This is unacceptable and they need to work better about getting people in and out quickly (especially for an oil change). They either need to hire more techs or quit overbooking customers and forcing them to wait long periods of time. More

Sched appt. for "Chk Engine" light on 2024 Corvette. Took car back for diagnosis on May 6. Called Service dept 5 times... on May 9. no response. No rtn call, ca for "Chk Engine" light on 2024 Corvette. Took car back for diagnosis on May 6. Called Service dept 5 times... on May 9. no response. No rtn call, car not found on Saturday May 10. Was called on Monday 5/12. "Chk Engine" light was for computer "Update". When I went to retrieve the car, it wasn't with the other Corvettes in the "Lane" with the other premium cars, it was found outside, Engine bay appeared to have been left outside for several days. Not a good representation of quality service. Calls not answered or returned with any progress report. This is not my first Corvette, or my first new Chevy. Not necessarily a great experience. Shawn Howe was not available on the service desk to smooth the ripples. Feel free to call. More

I set up an appointment with Shawn earlier in the week. Showed up on time and he took it from there. Took care of what needed to be done - oil change and tire rotation.
