I was very disappointed & upset that no one told me about the missing key for the Mercedes I purchased until I finished with finance and got the vehicle. The fact that I did not negotiate the price of the ve the missing key for the Mercedes I purchased until I finished with finance and got the vehicle. The fact that I did not negotiate the price of the vehicle & for the outrageous $ 3,500 dealer fees they charged, the least the manager could have done was to get me a replacement key, but of course, I already signed everything, so he did not care. I left with the new car but with many regrets and horrible feelings. More

I had a very pleasant experience in purchasing my 2023 X3 at BMW of Sarasota. I was treated attentively and professionally by all persons with whom I interacted during the buying procedure. They made transitioning from Acura trade-in to the new BMW effortless. I would recommend this dealer to anyone thinking of purchasing a BMW. By the way, I love the car! The dealership gave me my car after I flew from Out of state, but they did not have possession of a title for the car so now I’m stuck with a car that it unregistered and uninsured. This is no mistake on my part, the dealership failed to obtain the title prior to delivering the vehicle. I can’t drive my car and have no other means of transportation to and from work because of this major mistake on the dealerships part. They seem satisfied with making a quick sale and getting my 30k deposit, making a commission off of a 100k+ sale, which is now costing me more because I’m paying for a car I cannot drive and now have to pay for separate transportation to and from work. The worst part is that I’ve left multiple messages to speak to a supervisor and have yet to hear from anyone. I understand that mistakes happen, but to sell a car to someone knowing that they wouldn’t be able to register it, insure it, or drive it because a title hasn’t been obtained yet and to not attempt to make up for that clear hardship that is no fault other than the dealerships is clearly a major red flag as far as where their intentions are. They refuse to take ownership of their mistake or even try to lessen the financial burden, refusing to see if a bmw dealership in my state could give me a loaner until they obtained the title from the bank. Even their own title and leasing department are at a loss for words when I’ve repeatedly called desperately looking for a way to expedite the process to obtain the title because I am without means of transportation. I would not recommend anyone buy a car from this dealership. They are clearly just looking to make a quick commission on a big sale, and disregarding how their lack of professionalism and preparation affects their customers. The worst part for me is that if they took ownership of their mistake and at least paid for a rental or a loaner, I wouldn’t have to pay double between rentals and Ubers for $100,000 car that’s sitting in my driveway. Absolutely terrible experience, probably the worst experience at any dealership I’ve been to. I expected BMW to have a higher standard when it came to customer service, but now I wish I had gone elsewhere for my car. More

I've purchased several cars over the years, but this was by far, the best car buying experience I've ever had. The entire experience was exceptional; from my phone interaction with Neimo (and my conversatio by far, the best car buying experience I've ever had. The entire experience was exceptional; from my phone interaction with Neimo (and my conversation with his boss Sean, the tutorial of the features of my car), to the signing of docs with their financial specialist. Everyone was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. They all went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied and happy with my purchase. I am truly grateful to Neimo, Sean, and the others for being such Amazing human beings. Thank you for being so good at what you do. More

Salesman Bobby Carr was great! David Fishburn, financial manager,,was rude and acted like he had no time to deal with us. Rushed through the signatures and appeared angry when I wanted to read the documents. A horrible experience. I have NEVER been treated that way. My husband agreed. (Had I known ahead of time I would have paid cash to avoid the pall this out on my purchase. Sean,the middle man? Was polite, but there were long delays in addressing questions. Took 4 hours to buy the car! I know it was not an expensive used BMW by your standards but it was a special “toy” car (335i) for me. Our family have owned 8 BMWs over the years from a 750 to 325s for our children. I have never been treated with such disdain but any dealership as I was by Mr Fishburn at your agency. The only reason we did not walk out is the hard work Bobby Carr did to make up for it. Will let everyone we know to be wary of the treatment we received. Interesting to learn from 2 different friends that they have had similar experiences. If the folks buying used cars are too much trouble then stop selling them. And… finally, I am a heavy older (70) woman who had come in from our horse farm. Clean but not dressed up. Never judge a book by its cover. You have no idea how much they may have in financial resources. End of diatribe! More
