This is the second car I have purchased from Annapolis Hyundai and I am very pleased with the sales and the service departments. There was no haggling over price, they gave me a fair exchange on my trade-in and offered the bumper to bumper but never pressured me into anything. Everyone in the dealership made me feel comfortable and in charge of the whole interaction. The personnel I dealt with were knowledgeable answering all of my questions. I have been utilizing the Service Department for approximately 2 years now and am very pleased with the way they treat me, including offering transportation any time I need routine service on my car. They are prompt and courteous. More

Terrible service. Deceitful and conniving group. I have never written a negative review on one of these sites until this time and this indicates how terrible the service was. Repeatedly deceived me and backed away from promises. Promised me they would give me a written estimate via email after I drove to Annapolis to test drive a car. They never provided one. Then I told them I was coming to close a deal on a grey Sonata plug-in and I would arrive at 9am the next day. I arrived and car had been sold. Shawn L. never called me and never emailed me to tell me that car had been sold. Consistently backed away from things they had promised me. Their excuse for deception was then: "This is just the way the car business is". More
