Terrible service. Deceitful and conniving group. I have never written a negative review on one of these sites until this time and this indicates how terrible the service was. Repeatedly deceived me and backed away from promises. Promised me they would give me a written estimate via email after I drove to Annapolis to test drive a car. They never provided one. Then I told them I was coming to close a deal on a grey Sonata plug-in and I would arrive at 9am the next day. I arrived and car had been sold. Shawn L. never called me and never emailed me to tell me that car had been sold. Consistently backed away from things they had promised me. Their excuse for deception was then: "This is just the way the car business is". More

Annapolis dealer got this vehicle from another dealer and we have to wait 6-8 hours to receive this vehicle. We are not worried about wait time it is about handing over the vehicle with dings and scratches. See below sent to General Sales manager for Annapolis Hyundai. *** Mail sent to Annapolis Hyundai dealer *** Dear Shawn, As we spoke yesterday, I and my wife were at the dealer shop on 8/5 to purchase plug in hybrid. Since the vehicle was not at this shop, Shawn Olsen and Shawn Lagundo acquired the vehicle from another dealer and handed over around late in the night. After reaching home, we noticed a damage on bumper and sent the picture to Shaw Lagundo . He told me to open a claim with insurance company and we promptly open claim with insurance. The insurance company looked at this damage and asking for pictures of detailing service. (see attached bumper damage picture). Further, insurance company found scratch on grille (see attached grille pictures) and they told me that this has happened while fixing front plates at the dealer. I am ready to drive 220 miles to meet you. I would like to know what else you need before we meet and also what are options for these pre-existing conditions. Looking forward to hearing from you.
