Annapolis dealer got this ve Dear Sir, I purchased 2016 Sonata plug-in hybrid from on Aug-5th-2016 at Annapolis, MD. The VIN# is KMHE54L20GA023788. Annapolis dealer got this vehicle from another dealer and we have to wait 6-8 hours to receive this vehicle. We are not worried about wait time it is about handing over the vehicle with dings and scratches. See below sent to General Sales manager for Annapolis Hyundai. *** Mail sent to Annapolis Hyundai dealer *** Dear Shawn, As we spoke yesterday, I and my wife were at the dealer shop on 8/5 to purchase plug in hybrid. Since the vehicle was not at this shop, Shawn Olsen and Shawn Lagundo acquired the vehicle from another dealer and handed over around late in the night. After reaching home, we noticed a damage on bumper and sent the picture to Shaw Lagundo . He told me to open a claim with insurance company and we promptly open claim with insurance. The insurance company looked at this damage and asking for pictures of detailing service. (see attached bumper damage picture). Further, insurance company found scratch on grille (see attached grille pictures) and they told me that this has happened while fixing front plates at the dealer. I am ready to drive 220 miles to meet you. I would like to know what else you need before we meet and also what are options for these pre-existing conditions. Looking forward to hearing from you. Got an excellent price on the vehicle considering it only had 16,900 miles on it. Very happy again with the whole process, including the financing which I certainly couldn't be happier with the percentage rate. The other Shawns were there to make it all happen, and Tricia Pruitt was excellent going over the financial terms. It's never easy when you're buying something over $30K.
