If possible work with him. Not only was Shawn helpful so was the whole team. I worked with both Shawn Ritter and Shawn Olsen. Trust me, you are in good hands. Shawn Ritter personally came out to meet with me even though he wasnt the seller. Ritter made me and my wife feel very comfortable and it meant a lot to have him meet with us. To add the icing to the cake when I came back a few days later he had remembered my name and my wifes name and the car that we had purchased. Overall this store is great. Plus take the time to get to know Kenny, he explains everything in the finance department perfectly where I had no questions. Thank you all! More

I am really glad I took him up on the invitation to go to the dealership and check out what they had to offer. I worked directly with Paul Brookman, who did a great job facilitating the sale. Unlike other salespeople I have dealt with in the past, he was very patient as I test drove the car, telling me that he wanted me to be sure that I was completely happy with the vehicle before we went forward with the sale. Kenny Pursley exceeded my expectations by finding me the right financing deal with a really great interest rate. He carefully explained to me all the payment options, but he didn't push. Overall, their main concern was that I was completely comfortable with the transaction. I am already sold on Hyundai's product line. Annapolis Hyundai made buying my favorite cars even more pleasurable. If you are in the market for a Hyundai, I highly recommend that you see these folks first. More
