Event with an appointment, it takes 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change, air filter and tire rotation. I regret having the maintenance package due to the amount of time i have to take off work to get se simple oil change, air filter and tire rotation. The worst service I have ever had a car dealership. They were good a long time ago and then Karen left the service department as the manager. They absolutely do not care about their customers today. It is nearly impossible to get the service manager to return a phone call. They've had my car a month and I can't get anybody to tell me what's going on. More

Hard to rate the dealership as a whole. The departments are so different! Our sales experience was great, but our service experience was so bad, I don’t think I can give them more than a The departments are so different! Our sales experience was great, but our service experience was so bad, I don’t think I can give them more than a 2 overall. Had a catalytic converter fail at 34,000 miles. Scheduled for a Thursday and was told 3-4 hours. ZERO work done on Thursday. Told me they’d get to it Friday. ZERO work done Friday! Promised (yes, they said “I promise”) they’d have a crew in Saturday to do it. ZERO work on Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday. Service manager assured me it would be done first thing Tuesday. Finally got the car back about 3:00 pm Tuesday - FIVE DAYS after the scheduled work! Totally unacceptable!! More
