Everyone was very friendly, I was able to negotiate a bit and got a great deal on my lease. The manager and the finance team were great and had me through the paperwork in record time. More

Shawn did a good job of explaining the Ioniq 5 to us since we were new to EV’s. We were also new to the idea of leasing. Obviously, the amount of incentives in August was a factor in our decision, and since we were new to EV’s. We were also new to the idea of leasing. Obviously, the amount of incentives in August was a factor in our decision, and we liked not having to haggle over the price. Just tell us how much the car costs, just like buying any other product in the world. The actual purchase was fairly quick by car dealer standards, less than two hours. We appreciated the lack of hard sell on all the bogus upselling extra warranties and maintenance programs that car dealers all do nowadays. One slight negative was that Shawn got tied up with other customers in the middle of our purchase appointment so that another salesman actually put us in the car and showed us how it operated. More

Shawn has helped me purchase two cars in the last couple months. My first Santa Fe Hybrid was amazing, Shawn was so easy to work with. Then a month and a half later it was totaled (not my fault, at least!). months. My first Santa Fe Hybrid was amazing, Shawn was so easy to work with. Then a month and a half later it was totaled (not my fault, at least!). So I immediately contacted him again, first for body shop recommendations as I didn't know it was totaled yet, and then to find a new Santa Fe Hybrid. He worked quickly to help me find the same one, just different color, and was able to do all of the same financing, pricing, etc., as I had just done with the first one.
