Scheduled a loaner for oil change. Loaner not available. Scheduled a pick up… called to Walser… they got ‘new’ phone system and inadvertently hung up on me. Shawn was awesome! Always easy to work with the team at Walser. Shawn was very helpful and kept me informed. Post Covid it seems like the delay in requesting service appointment and the actual date of service has Shawn was very helpful and kept me informed. Post Covid it seems like the delay in requesting service appointment and the actual date of service has continued to lengthen. The earliest appointment was nearly 30 days out from when I contacted the service department to set the appointment. I have experienced similar delays in the past. But the service has always been very good. More
