I purchased a car from this dealership last week, only because they had the car that we wanted. First, we were promised floor mats when we put down our deposit, but they forgot that they made that promis because they had the car that we wanted. First, we were promised floor mats when we put down our deposit, but they forgot that they made that promise when it came time to pick up the car. Should have gotten that in writing! Sales manager wouldn't return a call (3 calls) in the past week ever since I put down the deposit. General manager also hasn't returned a call. Their representative that reviewed the features and specifics of the car with us when we received the car was not very knowledgeable, and was wrong about several features of the car. Very disappointed and will not be back. More
