Honestly, I have never written a review this long, but I truly feel future buyers deserve to know what happened during my experience at Brandon Honda. What I went through felt extremely stressful, confusing, and at times hostile. I had to spend two days at the dealership, had several email exchanges, and experienced a significant amount of stress throughout the buying process. Despite reading several negative reviews online, I still chose this dealership because they had the color I wanted. My initial experience with the sales team began smoothly. I was quoted an out-the-door price around $42,200, which included a rebate they believed they could apply. Later I was informed that I did not qualify for that rebate, but by that point I was already deep into the process, so I decided to continue. When I sat down with the finance manager, I was presented with a contract totaling $52,925, which included nearly $14,000 worth of add-on products I did not request. When I questioned the large price increase, I was shown handwritten explanations that these products could be fully cancelled and that my final amount would return to the original price. Believing that, I proceeded—something I now regret. The next day, when I returned to complete the cancellations as discussed, things changed dramatically. I first spoke with the general sales manager. From 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, I was moved between multiple managers each giving me different explanations and presenting revised contracts that did not match what I had originally agreed to. There were long waits, tense conversations, and a lot of confusion, and I felt significant pressure throughout the process. During this time, I was placed into a loan with Westlake Financial at 11.5%, which was nowhere near the pre-approval rate I had already secured. The situation caused me so much stress that at one point my heart was racing noticeably. Ultimately, the situation was only corrected after I contacted leadership at Morgan Auto Group. The owner took my concerns seriously, and with the help of Matt from Morgan Corporate, the contract was rewritten properly using my credit union financing. For that, I am genuinely grateful. Bottom Line: This review isn’t written out of anger—it’s written out of responsibility. While corporate leadership eventually stepped in and resolved the finance issue, the two days I spent dealing with contradictory information, intense pressure, and a dramatically higher loan rate were incredibly stressful. Not every customer has the time, knowledge, or ability to escalate a situation to this level. I sincerely hope that management at Morgan Auto Group and Honda Corporate take a close look at what is happening inside Brandon Honda so that no one else has to go through an experience like mine. Based on what I went through, I personally would not return to Brandon Honda, and I would encourage future customers to proceed with caution. More

I recently purchased the new 2026 Honda CR-V from Brandon Honda, and the experience was excellent. The dealership is well-organized, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Michael Vazquez, my Relationship Manager, was professional, patient, and truly focused on helping me find the right vehicle. His years of experience in the automotive industry were evident in how smoothly the process went. The 2026 Honda CR-V itself is a fantastic SUV—spacious, tech-savvy, and fuel-efficient. I especially appreciate the upgraded 9-inch infotainment system, wireless Apple CarPlay, and the smooth ride quality. Honda continues to deliver on reliability and comfort, and this model is no exception. Highly recommend both Brandon Honda and Michael Vazquez if you're in the market for a new vehicle. More

Shawn was very considerate and thoughtful. He kept searching for perfect vehicle even when it appeared to take awhile. He found a great vehicle for me, exactly how I requested. I would recommend to ask about every line item charge listed on the financing document before signing. Also, I'm still waiting for the universal key that was promised over two months ago. Also, my electric vehicle was missing the level 1 charger which was not provided. I had to purchase a new one. To be fair, Brandon Honda has good people there, and Shawn helped greatly to fill the void. Brandon Honda is probably better than most dealerships overall, you just have to ask more questions and get things in writing before you sign anything. Lastly, always be prepared to walk out and go to a different dealership if you don't get the answer you feel is right for you. I love the vehicle that Shawn found for me and so I took the gamble. If it was not for Shawn and the perfect vehicle I would have gone to a different location. More

The salesman met us in the parking lot as we drove in, he answered all of our questions and we felt no pressure. We came to try out a white Accord and left with a gray CRV Hybrid which was a much better fit answered all of our questions and we felt no pressure.
