I was highly disappointed with my assigned service advisor, Gio. He wasn't very helpful and never kept me informed in regard to my car. I called him 3 times within a week and never heard back until I advisor, Gio. He wasn't very helpful and never kept me informed in regard to my car. I called him 3 times within a week and never heard back until I called and spoke someone else in the service center. The day I picked up my car Gio was busy again. Shawn helped me get my car back. Upon getting my car back I had additional questions, Shawn was unavailable to help at that moment as he had an appointment. I waited patiently outside my car clearly needing additional help. Gio, walked out of his office to see that I was clearly waiting by my car, grabbed his gear and left for the day! Thankfully Shawn found Robert to help me with my additional questions. The work on my car was well done and when NOT working with Gio my experience was delightful. I'll be back again, but I refuse to work with Gio. More
