Verbal Communication was good. Quick checkout process. Only issue was that Dealership did not read the self drop off key envelope regarding a separate issue I wanted taken care of. Brought that issue up when I was called to let me know my vehicle was ready for pickup and was told the small issue would be taken care of. My college son came home from Maine over Thanksgiving break with a major break problem. We called the Service Dept on Friday after Thanksgiving and explained the situation. They got his car right in an break with a major break problem. We called the Service Dept on Friday after Thanksgiving and explained the situation. They got his car right in and completed by close of the day. They were amazing and replaced a completely worn down rotor(as well as the others) and did a complete brake job. I can't say how much I appreciated that they were able to get the car right in so my son could drive 6 hours back to college. Everyone in the service department was friendly and kept us informed. This is our first Subaru and we are sold. Highly recommend More
