Shawn Nethercott is not your typical car salesman. He is very easy to work with and listens to your needs and wants. We visited atleast 7 other dealerships in search for the right vehicle and wound up He is very easy to work with and listens to your needs and wants. Originally thought I was going to purchase a Toyota, although poor salesmen and bad timing of their used inventory, led me back to Ballwin, to grab a Certified, gently used, Ascent. Nick Ferrario brought me to Dean Team and now I’m hooked! Can’t beat the extra bumper to bumper warranty for 100k miles (although it’s a Subaru so let’s be real, I probably won’t use it)! His knowledge on Volkswagens and cars in general is unmatched. And I would know - I went to 3 other dealerships to search out cars. But I ended up returning to the Dean Team because I felt comfortable and taken care of. Their team of exceptional salespeople doesn’t stop there. The manager Richard made sure to let me know that if there was anything I needed that he would be there to help. I so appreciate all those I worked with throughout my car buying experience.
