But the best part was that the hard tonneau cover I ordered finally came in (supply chain issues I guess) and was installed. I love it and am glad I don't have to shovel the snow out the back this winter. Service personnel are always friendly, informative and best fo all, accurate on their estimates of completion. This is extremely important to me since I live 45 minutes from the dealership.
